Before coming to KTS, Doug spent 17 years as a professor of Agricultural Engineering at the State University of New York College of Agricultural and Technology at Morrisville. There, he was the founding director of the Campus Environmental Training Center, which trained water and wastewater treatment operators from all over New York State, as well as participated in many training and curriculum development projects in New York and across the United States. He also
served as the Interim Director of the Business and Industry Center and founded the New York State Onsite Wastewater Treatment Training Network. At KTS, Doug is intricately involved in all phases of technical operations from system installations to patent applications.
